About Your New Role
* Manage centre operations in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies.
* Provide strategic guidance and support to staff members.
* Ensure that high-quality early learning programs are implemented by passionate educators.
* Effectively manage staffing rosters to meet business needs.
* Maintain control over centre finances while adhering to budget guidelines.
* Promote high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders.
* Attract, convert, and retain families through effective tour management, enrolments, and orientation.
About You
* Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
* Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
* Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP), first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
* Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to lead and mentor a team of qualified professionals.
* Will to undertake ongoing professional development training.
