Minimum 2 years experience including ovens, mixing and moulding.
5 Day rotating roster mostly day shift finishing no later than 9pm.
You must have a sound knowledge and love of producing artisan bread. You will need to be a team player, physically fit, lift 20 kg and stand for long periods.
