What Success Looks Like In This Role
* Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
* Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.
* Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.
* Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.
* Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
* Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.
* Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
* 8+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* Master's degree preferred
