Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Electrical & Instrumentation)
with
7+ years' experience
to join its Perth team.

: the current commercial leader for the E&I; division is set to retire next year, creating a unique pathway for the successful candidate to step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities
Support cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking across E&I; packages on major projects.
Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
Manage post-contract tasks including variations, claims, and progress payments.
Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts to support client decision-making.
Contribute to risk analysis and value engineering activities.
Develop client relationships while learning directly from senior leadership.
Position yourself to transition into a senior leadership role over the next 12–18 months.
About You
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
7+ years' experience in QS roles, ideally with strong exposure to
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;)
projects in resources or infrastructure.
Excellent knowledge of Australian contract forms (AS, NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
A proactive professional with ambition to progress into a leadership role.
