This role is based in Naarm–Melbourne and Warrang–Sydney.Your key responsibilitiesAssist clients with successful delivery of their business transformation projects across areas such as:Customer growth strategyCustomer experience design and implementation Digital transformation Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency Process optimisation and ways of working Operating model designDeliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementationContribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationshipsWhat we look for To be considered for this role you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects / programs involving business and/or technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment.Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
