The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to join their Adelaide team. The role offers career progression, flexibility, and exposure to varied projects across the Built Environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate cost planning and management across multiple sectors
* Prepare cost plans, BOQs, and estimates using CostX
* Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration
* Provide clear reporting, risk analysis, and advice to clients
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
About You
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* 3–5+ years' experience in property or construction
* Proficient in CostX and Excel
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Local industry experience and full Australian working rights
