About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
General Labourer
for an ongoing casual position working away on rural projects. You will assist with the construction and maintenance of cattle yards, working with a variety of tools and machinery in physically demanding outdoor environments. This role requires someone hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with construction and erection of cattle yards
Operate hand and power tools, and work around machinery such as Bobcats
Perform physical labour including digging holes, mixing and pouring concrete
Support minor welding and fabrication tasks (experience advantageous)
Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
Work effectively as part of a small team in remote locations
Requirements
Previous experience in rural, construction or agricultural labouring roles
Competent with tools and comfortable working around machinery
Welding skills (desirable but not essential)
Physically fit, solid and able to perform manual labour
Good communication and ability to follow instructions
Full working rights in Australia (minimum 12 months remaining on visa)
Must have own
