Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Team Leader. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff, and have a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and protocols.
* Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping attendants and houseperson
* Assist the housekeeping manager in managing all functions related to the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
* Inspect clean rooms and ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards
* Train staff on new procedures and protocols
Qualifications
* Requirements:
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
* Prior experience in housekeeping preferred
* Knowledge of cleaning agents and chemicals an advantage
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team
