Your new role The Lead ICT Auditor is accountable for leading complex, third-party ICT audits and assurance engagements, with a strong focus on ISO/IEC 27001 and related information security, service management, and ICT risk frameworks. The role encompasses end-to-end audit delivery, technical oversight, and strategic client engagement, supporting organisations to assess, manage, and continually improve information security, risk, and compliance maturity against internationally recognised standards. In parallel, the position contributes to business growth through technical leadership, identification of audit and assurance opportunities, and trusted-advisor engagement with senior stakeholders. This position reports to the National Resource & Training Manager. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or relevant field. Must hold current accreditation for the Lead Auditor (LA) course of ISO 9001 and ISO27001. Additional LA courses in ISO 20000 and ISO 22301 will be an added advantage. Knowledge of ICT related standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301. Additional qualifications in other standards are an advantage, such as 9001, 14001, 45001 etc. Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and on budget. Knowledge of legal requirements related to the ICT sector. Strong work experience in quality, security, service management, business continuity in the ICT sector, willing to conduct training in these areas. Able to work independently and contribute to team environments. Proven client facing and customer service expertise. Someone that is a project/team leader that prides themselves on service excellence. Willingness to travel as required.
