About the Role
In this varied and hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our customers and our team moving.
From managing parts enquiries to supporting sales and admin functions, you'll be the go-to person for accurate information, efficient service, and a friendly customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage all parts orders, including pricing, data entry, and ordering from local and international suppliers
Respond to phone, email, and counter enquiries with prompt and professional customer service
Receive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveries
Assist staff with technical parts information and general support
Provide administrative and customer service assistance to the Sales Department
Maintain compliance with WHSEQ requirements at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in aparts interpreter/sales,customer service, oradministrationrole (equipment or automotive industry experience highly regarded)
Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Solid organisational and time management abilities
Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment
Enthusiasm for solving customer challenges and delivering great service
