As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a customer-focused **Reservations Telephone Agent** to join our Parks & Resorts team and provide exceptional service to our members and guests.Reporting to the Revenue & Member Experience Manager, this full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, tourism and creating memorable guest experiences no matter where they are calling from.Join a supportive team within RAC's Travel & Tourism division and play a key part in helping guests plan their perfect holiday across our iconic portfolio of holiday parks and nature-based resorts.As a **Reservations Telephone Agent**, you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and bookings across RAC's Parks & Resorts.Working Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, you'll provide friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service over the phone to guide guests through booking options, rates, accommodation features and local experiences.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting guests in planning their next adventure.**Your day-to-day impact*** Answer incoming calls efficiently and assist members and guests with enquiries and reservations.* Provide accurate information on room types, availability, rates, park facilities, and local attractions.* Process bookings, update guest records and complete phone-based sales administration.* Respond to voicemail and missed calls promptly and professionally.* Assist with special requests, restaurant bookings, events and general travel assistance.* Maintain knowledge of key events and activities across all RAC Parks & Resorts.* Resolve customer concerns where possible and escalate when required.* Process digital payments and complete transactions in line with standard operating procedures.* Collaborate with park operations, food & beverage and head office teams to ensure seamless guest communication.* Keep your workspace organised and complete shift handovers to ensure guest needs are met.**What you'll bring to the team*** Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, call centre, reservations or customer service.* Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.* A commitment to delivering an outstanding member and guest experience.* Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle enquiries with tact and diplomacy.* Ability to work well with colleagues across multiple teams and locations.* Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism (desirable).**Why you'll love working with us*** Competitive salary and stable full-time employment.* Work/life balance with opportunity to work from home once the training period is complete.* Supportive team culture within a large, reputable WA organisation.* Opportunities for career development across RAC's Parks & Resorts.* Access to RAC employee benefits, discounts and wellbeing programs.* Be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping guests create memorable holiday experiences.**How to Apply****'Apply'** today and join the team at RAC Parks & Resorts.**About RAC**At RAC, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.
