What will you do?
* Lead the culinary team across premium function spaces and à la carte restaurants, delivering exceptional dining experiences
* Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends and meet guest expectations
* Oversee high‐volume culinary operations and manage catering across diverse cuisines and service operations
* Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards
* Support budget management and food cost control to maintain financial efficiency
More about you
* Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar senior culinary role in premium high‐volume, fast‐paced environments
* Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats
* Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost‐effective kitchen operations
* Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies including stock and accounting systems
* HACCP knowledge and appropriate culinary qualifications essential for maintaining food safety standards
