Experience & Qualifications Relevant degree and/or post-graduate qualification in accounting or business management. CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification. Extensive experience in Finance Business Partnering, preferably in government. Skills & Knowledge Expertise in budget planning, financial forecasting, and business partnering. Strong understanding of government accounting and legislation. Knowledge of environmental regulation is a bonus.
