ROLE OVERVIEW
The role of Video Editor & Content Creator is first and foremost to edit video content with a social first mentality, ensuring impeccable creativity, delivering outputs that are on brief and scroll stopping each and every time. Working closely with creative producers, the Creative Director and Head of Production; you will be responsible for editing, colour grading, sound mixing and incorporating motion graphics. You will be expected to bring your creativity, technical skill and attention to detail to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project and contribute creatively from the outset, even at the client briefing stage.
You will actively use AI platforms to drive efficiencies for yourself and our clients. And you will be one step ahead of how we can continue to grow how we apply AI to our creative content, especially in post production.
Beyond the edit suite, you are a creator at heart and will thrive when tasked to get hands-on, creating content for our client partners. You are someone who can move fast, shoot sharp and deliver content relevant to the briefed target audience, producing outputs across various social and digital channels. Depending on the project, we also occasionally encourage editors to support on shoots to co-direct filming as well.
We are a flat structured business without a traditional agency hierarchy, meaning at times you could be working with our client partners directly, sometimes attending key client briefings and strategy planning sessions, acting as a true extension of our client's teams. Therefore, your client service will be impeccable with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
Enthral has always had flexible working practices, however the role does require some travel to help maintain client relationships.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Editing and post production:
creating edits through being proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, sound mixing and colour grading in Premiere, with experience of DaVinci Resolv
e
preferable.
- Videography and content creation:
confident in shooting content on a Sony FS7, A7S, GoPro right through to an iPhone to capture content that is on brief and creative; you will also be confident in basic lighting and sound to ensure quality content capture that leads to dynamic edits.
- Creative contributor:
input into internal creative content taskforces and a key contributor by bringing recent creative ideas to how we evolve our content, especially within the creator space.
- Impeccable creative outputs:
in partnership with the Creative Director, Head of Production and creative producers, ensuring the agency's work maintains our high standard while delivering on brief every time.
- Agency integration:
collaboration across the agency, to ensure you operate with a 'one team' attitude, especially through sharing your expertise in post production and videography / creator content to support relevant campaigns.
- Commercial awareness:
follow direction from your team on budget parameters, ensuring you are delivering work that is on budget at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role as a video editor and content creator (preferably within an agency environment)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, sound mixing and colour grading in Premiere (experience of DaVinci Resolv

- Proficient in videography (including basic sound and lighting); Sony FS7, A7S, GoPro through to shooting on an iPhone
- A passion for storytelling through bold, creative ideas
