We have a unique opportunity to join our newly created planning and prioritisation function called the Control Tower within the Product and Technology Division as the Annual Planning (AP)/Quarterly Planning (QP) Process Manager. As an Annual Planning (AP)/Quarterly Planning (QP) Process Manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage the process of planning and prioritizing technology deliveries across the organization to the defined cadence. This role would involve facilitating the delivery planning process and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the timeliness of the planning process.

You should have an agile mindset and be able to adapt to changes in priorities and timelines quickly. This would require you to be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced setting. As a process manager, you should continually evaluate the delivery planning process and identify areas for improvement. This would involve conducting post-project reviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for optimization

**In this role you will be primarily responsible for**
- Facilitating the AP/QP process: Scheduling and co-ordinating the ongoing Annual and Quarterly planning process, you will be working with different stakeholders on the documentation of their OKRs and tech and non-tech initiatives for the year,, establish timelines, identify resource requirements, contention, and develop a roadmap for delivery. You would be ensuring all artefacts remain current, and
- Engaging with stakeholders: You will be engaging with stakeholders at all levels such as project managers, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on project priorities, timelines and deliverables.
- Comprehensive assessment of planning and prioritization process: You would also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the planning and prioritization process and developing plans to continuously improve it. This would involve working closely with delivery teams and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address those areas. This would involve conducting post-project reviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for optimization.

Overall, the AP/QP Process Manager Process Manager will be running the planning process and ensuring the timely preparation and reporting of information across all stakeholder groups to enable this process.. This requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, an agile mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Previous experience working in leading technology companies would be preferred, as this would provide you with the knowledge and expertise needed to manage the delivery planning process effectively.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or similar field
- 5 years of experience in managing the process of planning and prioritizing technology deliveries
- Consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and OKRs
- Experience in delivery execution
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Experience working within the Financial Services context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
