Our client, a values-driven not-for-profit community organisation, is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their team on a contract basis, supporting leaders and teams across a diverse and purpose-led workforce.
This is an immediate start opportunity based in Tweed Heads, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while contributing strategically.
About the Role: Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will provide practical, trusted P&C partnering across the employee lifecycle, including:
* End-to-end P&C advisory support to leaders
* Performance management, ER/IR advice and case management
* Supporting organisational change and workforce initiatives
* Recruitment support and workforce planning
* Coaching leaders to build strong, engaged teams
* Ensuring policies and practices align with legislation and values
About You: You're a confident, compassionate P&C professional who brings both structure and heart. You will ideally have:
* Proven experience in a People & Culture / HR Business Partner role
* Strong ER/IR knowledge and hands-on case management experience
* Experience working in not-for-profit, community, health or care-based environments (highly regarded)
* A collaborative, down-to-earth approach with the ability to build trust quickly
* Availability to commence immediately
