Job Role
Maintain accurate records and database systems for projects, ensuring secure information storage and timely processing of expenses and invoices in line with contractual obligations.
* Process payments and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
* Create and prepare relevant documents, reports, presentations, and publications supporting project operations.
* Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, minute distribution, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc duties as required.
* Offer customer service to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
* Maintain a well-organized workspace, office supplies, and equipment.
* Support daily office operations.
Requirements
You have experience in an administrative position supporting project delivery within construction or engineering industries.
You've worked in FIFO environments before, understanding the rhythm and demands of site-based project work.
You're organized, skilled at document control, and great at juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball.
Effective communication, adaptability, and pride in being the go-to person who keeps the team on track are essential qualities for this role.
