This is not your average sales role. We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a leading Corporate Real Estate advisory firm that delivers end-to-end solutions: workplace strategy, transaction management, design, and project delivery. We partner exclusively with clients to help them create workplaces that align with their people, process, and brand.
Description
What you'll do:
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and market research
* Educate potential clients on the value of engaging expert workplace advisors
* Build and manage relationships with senior executives, turning conversations into long-term partnerships
* Manage the sales process end-to-end - from lead generation to closing deals
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
* Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, and project management) to deliver an integrated client solution
Profile
About you:
This role isn't for everyone. You thrive in new business development, have the confidence to engage at C-Suite level, and are motivated by the challenge of building something from scratch. You've proven you can pick up the phone, open doors, and convert opportunities into wins.
