Café Cook
Churches of Christ, One Table Café – Little Mountain
Permanent Part Time – 40 hours per fortnight
About the Role:
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking an additional Café Cook for ‘One Table Café’ based at Little Mountain on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This role will see you working within our Café assisting with food handling, food preparation and basic cooking duties as well maintaining a clean kitchen environment and basic record keeping.

Our ideal candidate has:
Essential :
- Proven experience in commercial food preparation and cooking
- Has a strong knowledge of safe food hygiene practices and kitchen safety
- Must be available Friday and Saturday 6am til 2pm
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check and Blue Card
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
Desirable :
- Barista experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience with supervising and training junior kitchen staff and trainees
- Availability to pick up extra shifts as needed
