Customer Care Representative – Probe CX
Location: Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
We are looking for Customer Care Representatives for our newly refurbished Contact Centre. Positions available Full-Time or Part-Time.
Responsibilities
* Be a customer champion: friendly voice and helpful hand for older Australians, families and carers.
* Assist customers in accessing care packages and services.
* Solve issues with empathy and find supportive solutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues, share insights and celebrate wins.
* Engage in continuous learning opportunities and career development.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
* Problem‐solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
* Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus; a great attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
* Full work rights to work within Australia.
* National Police clearance (satisfactory).
* Availability to work rotating shifts Monday‐Friday 8:00 am‐8:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am‐4:00 pm.
