About the Position
As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance to customers on usage, delivery and installation. You will establish client accounts and manage customer inquiries, process orders and payments, and oversee debtor management.
You will liaise with suppliers, including managing schedule changes, invoices, and stock control. Your administrative duties will include record keeping, banking, data entry, and filing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and/or customer service, with strong communication skills both written and verbally. You must be able to prioritize your workload and meet deadlines, with proficiency in computer and keyboard operations.
This role is well-suited to someone with previous customer service or administrative experience and exposure to a warehouse or industrial setting.
