**Administrative & Billing Assistant (Contractor, 3 hours per week)**:

H4 PHYSIO is a Brisbane-based mobile physiotherapy service dedicated to delivering high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes and aged care facilities. We are currently looking for a **detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Assistant** to support our growing operations.
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for key administrative and financial coordination tasks, including:
- Weekly **online invoicing**(must be completed by every Monday)
- **Tracking invoice payments** and reconciling payment records
- **File management** using Google Drive and shared documents
- Maintaining **remittance records** for all team members
- **Preparing and sending monthly statements** to certain providers
**Requirements**:
- Experience in **medical administration**, especially in allied health or medical centre settings
- Solid working knowledge of **Cliniko** or similar booking/invoicing platforms
- Proficient in **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent written and verbal **English communication skills**:
- Exceptional **attention to detail** and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to work **remotely** and meet deadlines consistently
- Korean language skills are a strong advantage but not required
You are organised, proactive, and responsible in a support role that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You have experience in working with medical professionals and understand the importance of confidentiality and timely communication.
