Civic Gentle Dental Care and Identity Dentistry are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe that a positive patient experience begins with our front desk team, and we are currently seeking dental assistants to join our growing practice.
2 Positions Available:
Full time- Dental Assistants (9 days/ fortnight, no weekends!)
About the role-
Clinical work: Chair-side assisting the dentist with various dental treatments
Sterilisation: Process and decontaminate clinical instruments and the environment
Patient Greeting: Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued when they walk through the door.
Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including updating infection control trackers, chartings, staff notes and any relevant patient photography and x-rays
Team Support: Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and seamless patient flow, helping wherever needed.
Stock Management: Assist the practice manager with monthly stock ordering.
About you:
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitudes
* Be responsible, think outside the box, create initiatives
* A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
* We welcome constructive feedback and suggestions from you.
* Ability to work alone as well as being a team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in Dental 4 Window but not essential.
