As a Disability Access Consultant, you'll conduct audits, prepare reports, and advise clients on Universal Design strategies to create inclusive, compliant blijfnenvironments. You'll collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Duties
* Conduct accessibility audits across buildings, campuses & public spaces
* Prepare reports with actionable compliance recommendations
* Advise project teams on Universal Design principles
* Support clients with compliance pathways & approvals
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
Skills & Experience
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Access Consulting (ACA membership)
* 2+ years' access consulting or related experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of DDA, NCC, AS1428 suite & LHA
* Experience preparing compliance reports & audits
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
