Job Overview: Guest Services Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest-facing role at the hotel reception, assisting with guest service, day-to-day hotel operation, minor maintenance, and occasional on-call after hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
* The ability to problem solve and resolve guest requests quickly.
* Either reception or property management experience.
* Hold a current QLD drivers licence.
