About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Business Centre Administrator to join our award-winning team in Alice Springs. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working 38 hours a week.
As a Business Centre Administrator, you will:
1. Be primarily responsible for all business centre administrative tasks supporting the Administrative Team Leader. This will include providing administrative support across all relevant operational business centres and required functions including Service, Parts, Safety, Rental, Sale and Product Support
2. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
3. Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required and to maintain Business Centre metrics and KPI’s
4. Other office support and ad hoc duties as requested

About You
A successful teammate will have the following:
16. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar administrative role
17. Previous exposure to mining/heavy equipment industries
18. Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office systems and data bases
19. Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence
