About The Role
As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You'll work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person‐centred care.
* Multiple part‐time positions available
* Across Sunshine Coast residential care sites
* Shifts available every day – morning, afternoon and night
* Candidates must have broad availability
What You'll Do
* Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
* Support emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
* Deliver care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
* Complete accurate documentation
* Follow infection control and WHS practices
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
* Contribute to a safe, respectful and resident‐focused environment
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Demonstrated experience working as a Carer in aged care
* Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Vast availability across all shift types (morning, afternoon & night)
* A genuine passion for delivering high‐quality care
Mandatory Requirements
* National Police Check
* Pre‐employment medical assessment
