Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Catering Assistant to support our catering operations in a staff canteen. This role is part of our onsite Catering Team located at Deeside Industrial Estate.
Key responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

This is a permanent role requiring 20 hours per week, working night shifts on Monday to Thursday (10pm - 2am) and Friday (6pm - 10pm).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* To maintain the food and beverage service areas attractively and hygienically.
* To assist in everyday food preparation and cooking in the kitchen as required.
* To serve all food and drinks to the highest standard using correct tools and presentation techniques.
* To have a thorough understanding of food and beverage concepts, advising customers and identifying opportunities for upselling.
* Under guidance, to ensure merchandising at service counters and dining areas has products correctly priced, labelled, and in date.
Key Requirements:
* A valid method of transport due to shift patterns.
* Catering experience is preferred, and Level 2 Food Safety certification is an advantage.
* Flexibility and ability to work within a multi-service team.
* Vending and barista experience is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Natasha's Law, Health & Safety, and COSHH compliance.
