workmanship, and a customer-focused approach. As part of our continued growth, we are
seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that
support our brand, sales pipeline, and business objectives.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Department, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our residential construction services and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and analyze market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activity within the residential construction and housing sector
* Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns to promote residential building services and projects
* Coordinate digital marketing activities including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
* Manage branding and promotional materials including brochures, signage, display homes, and project marketing collateral
* Assist in developing marketing budgets and monitor expenditure against approved budgets
* Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
* Liaise with external suppliers such as graphic designers, photographers, advertising agencies, and media partners
* Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and relevant regulations
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience in a marketing role (construction, property, or related industry preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution
* Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content management, and analytics
* Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical marketing actions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, social media tools, Google Analytics, Adobe/Canva)
Desirable
* Experience in residential construction, real estate, or property development
* Knowledge of the South Australian housing market
* Graphic design or basic video/content creation skills
