About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager / PA to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the firm while providing high-level support to the partners.
You'll be the central point of coordination across the business — managing workflows, supporting clients, and driving operational efficiencies that enable the team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Provide executive-level support to the partners, including diary and email management.
* Manage ASIC compliance and lodgement requirements.
* Lead client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
* Leverage Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and other systems to streamline processes.
* Drive operational improvements and implement new technologies.
* Coordinate internal reporting, scheduling, and team workflow.
* Support HR functions, including staff onboarding and fostering a positive team culture.

About You
You'll be an organised, tech-savvy, and proactive professional who thrives in a structured but dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Experience in a professional accounting, advisory, or financial services firm.
* Proficiency with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) — essential.
* Strong understanding of ASIC compliance and lodgement requirements — essential.
* Excellent skills across Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Confidence in adopting and working with new technologies and modern systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for improving processes and driving results.
