Customer Experience Coordinator - Residential Construction
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to partner with our customers on their journey of building a home that suits their needs. As part of our Project Planning team, you will utilize your customer-centric and workflow administration skills to deliver a seamless new build experience for both internal and external customers.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting our customers through the complex and emotional process of building a home. You will coordinate the customer's build throughout internal and external processes, taking care of the important back-end components so our customers can move through the journey with ease.
This is a collaborative role where you will build rapport with ease and pride yourself on delivering a great customer experience. You will be organized, adaptable, and manage your time well, making you an ideal candidate for this position.
