The role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficient payroll services across Australia and New Zealand, processing payments, maintaining records, and providing employment advice. Troubleshoot ESS and Micropay payroll to ensure a seamless experience. In this role you will be working in a team processing approximately 1500 fortnightly payroll using Micropay. This role reports directly to the payroll manager.
About you: Solid understanding and well versed across Micropay payroll systems. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced, and high-volume environment. Excellent attention to details Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Recent end to end payroll experience. Experience with Interpreting employment legislation Experience Interpreting EA's, company policies and employment contracts Experience with month end reconciliations of workers compensation and parental leave.
