You will leverage your expertise to ensure your team has the right level of skills, knowledge, activity, and customer engagement required to deliver on customer experience, sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
This is a Full-Time onsite role based in 38A Douglas Street, Milton, Queensland.
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing strategic leadership and coaching to their team members to drive sales growth and improve business outcomes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Leading the development and implementation of segment/portfolio specific sales strategies
* Identifying and building team capability development opportunities
* Providing guidance and coaching to direct reports
* Developing sales and product capability across the sales team
* Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on sales performance
* Authentically engaging and collaborating with team members and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have leadership acumen, a sound knowledge of how channels work, and strong understanding of the market. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change.
