Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal expertise to drive business decisions and manage risk aligned with organizational priorities.
* Collaborate with the team to develop solutions and maintain compliance.
* Develop in-house training resources and client-facing documents.
* Draft and review key legal documents including submissions, Bills and Regulations, orders, directions, and notices.
