Job Description:
The Senior Human Resources Specialist will have responsibility for both strategic and operational human resources activities. The role involves providing quality advice, coaching and mentoring to leaders to achieve the best outcome for their teams and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with and support leaders by providing advice, coaching across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, organisational culture, remuneration and benefits,
* Support growth initiatives and work collaboratively with the broader People & Capability team to achieve business goals,
* Regularly consult with business stakeholders to identify short and long-term HR support requirements and targeted initiatives and leading execution work,
* Advise managers and employees on issues related to domestic and international secondments and relocations, flexible work arrangements, higher duty assignments,
* As either a lead or a project team member, develop and execute HR projects for business-wide initiatives.
