Their behind the scenes work improves readiness, efficiency, and member wellbeing - making them an essential part of the brigades success. Responsibilities
* Assist with administration, record-keeping, incident reporting and general brigade governance.
* Support facility, vehicle and equipment upkeep, including basic checks and maintenance tasks.
* Help manage storage, supplies and inventory to keep the brigade well resourced.
* Contribute to social media, community engagement and promotion of brigade activities.
* Provide welfare support by maintaining refreshment supplies and assisting during extended incidents.
