Sales Development Representative
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth by targeting the new build market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with home builders, developers, consultants, and ESG-focused clients through strategic outreach efforts.
* Conduct platform demos and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
* Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to close.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategy and customer experience.
* Report on KPIs, pipeline performance, and market feedback.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS, construction tech, or sustainability solutions).
* Background in environmental science, construction, architecture, or property.
* Strong communication skills and ability to convey value to diverse stakeholders.
* Motivation to drive impact in the green building and tech-for-good sectors.
