ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the ESS team at our Food Consolidation Centre, near the Perth Airport, Monday – Friday on a Full-time basis.
The Role:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the supply chain of goods, whilst ensuring quarantine compliance of all goods consigned to site. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and adherence to Our Safety Culture behaviours. Additionally, as the Logistics Coordinator, you will also coordinate the movement and distribution of life support supples and materials for the site, conduct 3-way matching process for goods delivered to FCC, inspect delivery/receival of life support goods to ensure Quarantine, Quality and Safety compliance and maintain operational and logistics records.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be a team player and be able to work autonomously, can do and proactive attitude, ability to work in a cold (chiller) environment for a prolonged time (average 8 hours per day, 3 days per week), be physically fit in performing physical activities, have a flexible approach and possess strong administrative and communication skills. Police clearance will be required.
