Job Overview
This is a hands-on sales focused blue-collar temporary recruitment role.
You will be responsible for managing and developing not one, but 2 established business units from the one location serving a large geographical area in the East and Southeast of Melbourne.
The prospects for growth are vast in this region.
You will oversee all aspects of the business from sales & recruitment through to payroll, HR, training and development of staff, debt management and profit & loss growth.
The team you will lead consists of 2 relatively inexperienced, but keen, dynamic and eager to learn graduate consultants and 1 super efficient administrator.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop 2 established business units
* Oversee all aspects of the business including sales & recruitment, payroll, HR, training and development, debt management and profit & loss growth
* Lead a team of 3 staff members consisting of 2 graduate consultants and 1 administrator
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need to have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being able to work well under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role would be highly desirable but not essential.
