**About the ROLE**
COLLECTIVUS are growing and seeking a
**Practice Manager**. This role is based in our Queensland office, in the heart of Fortitude Valley, close to public transport
**What YOU will be doing**
- Contribute to the overall performance and day to day needs of COLLECTIVUS.
- Audit and monitor current processes throughout COLLECTIVUS to provide recommendations for efficiency.
- Implement, motivate and nurture a genuine team culture to help stimulate employee's personal development.
- Work with clients and employees to resolve any escalated issues that may impact on the operational functions of COLLECTIVUS.
- Collaborate with the Business Director to facilitate business expansion.
- Routinely monitor and support employees for competency checks against their key deliverables and responsibilities.
- Manage teams to deliver & report weekly results in line with business financial and performance expectations.
**What YOU will bring to the role**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager, Studio Director or Operations Manager - experience in an Architectural practice will be favorable
- Ability to understand a brief and drive designs from concept to completion.
- Experience in Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office Suites - experience in Revit is a bonus.
- Previous experience within a design & construction company is desirable but not essential
- Experience in managing multiple design projects effectively to ensure they remain on time and to budget.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
