Lead Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join our team at a reputable restaurant in the Mornington Peninsula.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial kitchens, preferably with a minimum of 4 years of service, and hold a recognized qualification in Commercial Cookery such as a Cert IV.
To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen staff and ensure seamless team operations
* Coordinate food preparation, presentation, and plating
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
Requirements:
* Achieved Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
