Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management system and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and compliance with AS/NZS 3584.3 and AS/NZS 3800.
* Creating and updating quality policies and procedures to support safe and compliant operations.
* Building strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
* Reviewing and interpreting legislative and company requirements to maintain compliance.
* Monitoring the Quality Management System, addressing non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
* A qualified mechanical tradesperson with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Root Cause Analysis and holding an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
* Familiarity with Ex FLP legislation and standards.
