We are looking for the industry's best Supervisor to join our team to deliver a best‐in‐class experience for both our guests and crew. The role involves ensuring a high standard of service and bar operations, managing staff training and development, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a best‐in‐class experience for guests and crew.
* Ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.
* Develop and manage staff training and development programs.
* Oversee daily bar operations and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate attendance records using a time & attendance system such as H&L.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high‐energy dining environment.
* Exceptional service skills and guest focus.
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressure service periods.
* Proven ability in building effective relationships.
* Organisational and time‐management skills.
* Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
* Must possess a valid RSA certificate.
