If you're passionate about helping students find the right educational path and making their experience seamless from the start, this role is for you As the Enquiry & Attraction Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their education at GOTAFE. You will also play a key role in promoting GOTAFE at events, ensuring that students and stakeholders receive exceptional service and experience throughout their journey with us.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration) or previous work experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in dynamic front facing service delivery (eg. reception, call centre)
- Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and online.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in document management and process management.
- Experience using software packages including Microsoft Office, CRM, and database management.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience.
- A strong understanding of diverse student needs, with the ability to engage and support students from various backgrounds.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
- A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary for this position relates to PACCT 3 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
