You'll support a highly experienced project team across project coordination, documentation, procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
It's hands-on, busy, and a great opportunity to be involved in a major renewables project.
The Role : Coordinating project deliverables, reports and documentation for leadership.
Supporting the PM team with scheduling inputs, procurement tasks, contract documentation and milestone tracking.
Acting as a key internal contact point to resolve project queries and keep information accurate and current.
Assisting with site mobilisation, permits, insurances and compliance requirements.
Reviewing documentation for accuracy and consistency, ensuring it meets internal and regulatory standards.
Liaising with engineers, contractors and internal teams to keep actions moving and deadlines met.
Ensuring documentation is structured, organised and audit-ready throughout the project lifecycle.
About You 5+ years' experience in project coordination, assistant project management or project engineering within renewable energy (wind experience is ideal) Strong organisational skills with the ability to build process and structure in a growing team.
Confident working autonomously and supporting senior project leaders.
Solid understanding of construction documentation, compliance requirements and general project lifecycles.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
