**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Collins St. Reporting to the Compliance Manager. This role will see you provide administration support to the Compliance department, assisting to ensure the smooth running of the compliance department and timely reporting to Finance, operations and external Government Departments.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Complete monthly customs & excise requirements.
- Support with import and Export documentation
- Assist in monitoring stock integrity programs including stock takes
- Work with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork
- Work closely with Business Operations to ensure proper process & procedures are being followed.
- To constantly monitor operational data to identify process issues and stock integrity concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful you will ideally have:
**_ Essential:_**
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft package skills
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability
- A desire to learn and grow with the organisation and its needs

**_ Desirable:_**
- Knowledge and experience in developing procedures and processes
- Knowledge / experience of retail operations
- Experience in dealing with customs and excise or other Government entities
