We are seeking a Helpdesk Support officer to provide IT Support in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will work onsite, commissioning equipment and hardware, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware issues including printers and scanners, and resolving technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT support to staff members
* Commission equipment and hardware builds
* Troubleshoot hardware issues, including printers and scanners
* Resolve technical issues in a professional manner
* Work collaboratively with a team to achieve common objectives
Requirements
* 12 months of IT experience
* Understanding of computer hardware and equipment
* Experience with Active Directory, full MS Suite, Windows 10, Office 365
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
