Job Description
The role of a Heavy Mobile Equipment Inspector is a critical one within the Mobile Maintenance Asset Health Team at Brockman 4.
This position involves conducting routine inspections on our heavy mobile equipment, maintaining a high level of safety awareness and complying with all relevant company policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Utilize SAP to record maintenance tasks accurately and assign them correctly.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to reduce risk and cost.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to take ownership of the fleet by applying their technical knowledge to undertake regular equipment inspections and repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Heavy-Duty Fitter Trade Qualification.
* Comprehensive knowledge of heavy mobile equipment.
* Solid history in surface mining.
* Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
* Good understanding of SAP maintenance systems or similar.
* An Australian C Class manual drivers' licence or higher.
* High Risk Licences – Elevated Work Platform, EWP, Forklift.
