Client Director - Credit Solutions
As a Client Director, you are responsible for delivery of Aon client service as well as the development and management of innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Aon’s Credit Solutions business in Australia.
This role has a direct reporting line to Aon’s Head of Construction.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

- Responsible for the retention and growth of Aon clients, including sales strategy development and execution, with a focus on the development and execution of Delivering Aon United strategies.
- Contributes, develops, and delivers the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy.
- Building out a business plan for Aon’s Surety Solutions business in Australia.
- Oversees the product management and development of new credit products that are of importance to the Australian market and clients.
- Collaborates with Aon colleagues and third-party partners to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs.
- Actively works with the construction and mining industry practice groups to deliver surety solutions that add to the IPG value propositions
- Implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts.
- Designs and delivers marketing activities linked to overall regional business plan and global Solution Line messaging.
- Delivers a set of best-in-class offerings consistent with global priorities.
- Drives growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building.
- Mentor and develop the broader surety team.
