Your Impact:
- Lead and mentor teams managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness across payments, refunds, and invoicing
- Strengthen processes that reduce debt and enhance financial integrity
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver trusted, high‑quality financial services
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

You’ll bring to the table:
- Demonstrated experience in credit management, payables, or transactional finance within a large, multi‑site or service‑based organisation
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance, engagement, and service excellence
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet competing deadlines
- Relevant tertiary or business qualification (highly regarded)
- Understanding of the Early Learning and Care sector or Childcare Management Software (desirable)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
